Contributions are used through practical initiatives. Nepal is the first active initiative. Information about what is being done and how progress is tracked is on the initiative pages.
Run by volunteers
Food2Grow is run by volunteers and built with care. Board members receive no payment for their work for the foundation. Reasonable expenses incurred for the foundation may be reimbursed within reasonable limits.
Annual figures and reports
Food2Grow is working towards annual financial accounts. Once available, these will be published so that donors and others involved can see how contributions have been used.
Food2Grow does not make absolute statements about the direct use of every individual contribution. The foundation aims for transparency and effectiveness, but does not give guarantees about fixed spending percentages.
